We’ll talk through your concerns, relevant history, and goals, then discuss recommendations and whether ongoing care or another service would be helpful.
Before your visit
A few practical details.
You must be physically located in Minnesota for your video visit. Choose a private space and have your medication list and relevant health history nearby.
For adolescent appointments, please confirm age eligibility and required consent before scheduling.
